The project:

This is a complex, large scale cultural theater project that includes a themed, cultural and arts park working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You'll be responsible for:

• Support the team in driving performance through effective coordination, communications and reporting.
• Coordinate with Project and Construction Managers on site activities and lead look ahead planning for your work packages.
• Track planned vs actual progress, escalating risks or deviations to construction leadership.
• Manage area close out, ensuring QA/QC requirements, ITPs and handover obligations are met.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships, champion best practice and contribute to Mace's digital, CoE and net zero priorities.

You'll need to have:

• Good understanding of construction methods, theatre specific disciplines, programmes, critical paths and commissioning basics.
• Solid knowledge of HSW standards and digital tools.
• Effective communicator who champions high standards, innovation and improved working practices.
• Bi-Lingual - English/Vietnamese
• Supervision consultancy is a must.
