Project Scheduler and Schedule Control

Job Requirements

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support the development, maintenance and control of integrated programme schedules.

Objectives:

• Review and assess existing Faraday plans, milestones, assumptions, constraints, calendars and dependencies.
• Support the IMS Lead and relevant stakeholders in completing applicable PASEG activities.
• Develop a review-ready integrated schedule in the approved environment.
• Establish the WBS, activity coding, calendars, logic, dependencies and critical path.
• Define baseline, schedule update and change-control arrangements.
• Establish schedule-health, look-ahead, variance and impact reporting.
• Support resource-demand and load-capacity planning with Project Leads.
• Transition the schedule into an agreed day-to-day control and reporting cycle.
• Produce operating instructions and complete knowledge transfer to the nominated owner.
