Beauty Level 2 Lecturer

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Level 2 Lecturer to join our faculty in North London. This part-time position involves teaching and assessing learners aged 16-19 in a Further Education (FE) setting. The role requires a commitment to work on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with an immediate start.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in Beauty Level 2 courses.
• Assess and evaluate learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that meet curriculum standards.
• Monitor and support the progress of learners to ensure educational outcomes are achieved.
• Maintain accurate records of learners' attendance, assessments, and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience teaching Beauty Level 2 courses in a Further Education setting.
• Experience in assessing learners aged 16-19.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) is preferred.
