Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help create a positive learning environment where students feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in lessons across a range of subjects.
• Assist teachers with the preparation and delivery of learning activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small group intervention support where required.
• Foster positive relationships with students and help promote good behaviour and engagement.
• Support students with additional learning needs to access the curriculum effectively.
• Assist with monitoring student progress and wellbeing.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting.
• Be patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with students.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a genuine passion for education and supporting student development.
• Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
