School Leaver Accountancy Apprenticeship

What you'll do

Whatever your interests, you'll find opportunities across Audit, Accounting and Business Services, Tax, and our specialist sector teams.

The Apprenticeship:

• 5-year programme leading to ACA qualification
• After 2 years you will achieve Level 4 (AAT)
• When you start your ACA, you will be able to select departmental rotation
• Study is in blocks and is classroom based in Bristol

As an apprentice, you'll engage in client work within a supportive and inclusive team. Our apprentices collaborate with a diverse range

of clients across various industry sectors.

We support your growth and development by assigning a manager and buddy throughout the programme.

Training

You will be fully supported through your study which is delivered by First Intuition based in central Bristol.

Study is classroom-based in blocks, the rest of the time being spent in the office working.

After the apprenticeship

After successful completion of the AAT (2 years), apprentices will progress to the 3-year ACA qualification leading to Chartered Accountant status.

• Essential: GCSE, English (grade 6)

Apprenticeship details

• Course: Professional accounting technician (level 4), Legal, finance and accounting
• Apprenticeship level: Higher (level 4)
• Training provider: FIRST INTUITION SOUTH LIMITED
• Expected duration: 1 Year 6 Months
• Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Working week: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
• Start date: 1 September 2027
• Positions available: 30
• Wage: £23,000 a year
