Apprenticeship Recruitment Consultant

Harriet Ellis Training Solutions in Romford is one of the UK's leading dental apprenticeship providers. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team.

What you'll do

Woking in office based environment, you will be responsible for supporting learners that have enrolled onto their Dental Nursing course and supporting them with their job search. Harriet Ellis do not guarantee learners a job however we provide as much support as they can.

The role combines recruitment, candidate engagement and relationship management. You will work closely with employers and learners to arrange interviews and trial days, you will be reviewing learner cv's and will be obtaining Dental Nursing vacancies.

The successful candidate will:

• Match suitable learners with dental employer vacancies.
• Arrange interviews and working interviews/trial days.
• Liaise with dental practices throughout the recruitment process.
• Obtain vacancies daily from dental practices by both phone and email
• Build relationships with employers to ensure vacancies are filled quickly and efficiently.
• Review and update learner CV's
• Deliver an outstanding learner and employer experience.

Training

• You'll complete the Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship with RM Training, gaining professional knowledge and skills through structured learning.
• Our training is all completed remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7 and will arrange weekly/fortnightly meetings with you.
• You receive off-the-job training during this apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours.
• Off-the-job training will follow the time allocations outlined in the Occupational Standard.

After the apprenticeship

A full time position may be offered after successful completion of the apprenticeship

• Expected duration: 1 Year 3 Months
• Hours: 40 hours a week. Working week: Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm

Friday 9am-4pm

• Wage: £16,640 a year
