• Location: Occasional need in Leeds/London
• Salary: £100,000 to £120,000 per year
• Clearance: BPSS
• MUST have Public Health experience. Overview A leading UK health technology consultancy that delivers digital services for the NHS and public sector is looking for a Head of Strategy. This is a senior role where you'll help shape the direction of the business, working closely with the senior leadership team. The business is investing in strategic hires and senior capability, so you'll have real influence and visibility. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and shape internal strategic initiatives that support business growth
• Bring together strategy, policy and product thinking
• Contribute to discussions at senior leadership team level
• Turn ideas into clear, workable plans
• Advise on risk
• Recommend improvements to ways of working Key Requirements
• Strong understanding of strategy, policy and product
• Solid understanding of the NHS and the products it uses
• Confident in senior leadership settings, with the ability to present and influence
• Good understanding of risk
• A thoughtful mindset, fresh ideas and a clear view on improving ways of working
• BPSS clearance Desirable
