Product Manager - Enterprise Software

Product Manager Hybrid £75,000 - £90,000 + Excellent Benefits We're partnering with a market-leading global software organisation that is investing heavily in AI and modern product development. We are looking for an AI-native Product Manager with strong product discovery, roadmap ownership and strategic product thinking, ideally from enterprise SaaS or fintech/capital markets technology, capable of shaping product direction rather than primarily managing delivery and backlog execution. What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar software delivery role
• Experience with configurable B2B software platforms
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum and/or Kanban)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience using AI tools (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar) to improve productivity and product delivery
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Enterprise software or SaaS experience
• Knowledge of APIs, SQL or data models
