Senior Release Manager - £78K + Bonus

Senior Release Manager (Agile) Industry: Banking / Insurance Location: Guildford, Birmingham or Bournemouth Salary: £78k + bonus Hybrid: 2 days in the office per week Are you ready for your next permanent engagement with a global financial, as they commence their Agile transformation program?

• Please note that you don't need insurance industry experience for this role. Our client are looking for someone who can bring new ideas to the team! This is a senior role with a key focus on stakeholder management, in Release Management environment. Our global client have 4-5 business areas who are generating Releases. It will be your job to try and reduce any clashes, making sure RAID works far enough in advance. The Release Manager will need to make sure the business units work together and to help shape the schedule / release process, working in an Agile environment. The role needs someone who has worked for an organisation that has had multiple business areas going through Change, and who has the ability to align all of the Releases…as best you can!

• 5+ years in IT Release Management
• Extensive Agile experience
• ITSM / ITIL experience
• Incident Management / Problem & Change Management
• Extensive stakeholder management
• Experience facilitating workshops The position is hybrid. It's 2 days per week in either their Guildford, Bournemouth or Birmingham office.
