Managing Consultant

Manager – Consulting & Life Sciences | Project & Programme Management | London (1–2 days onsite) | Up to £80,000 We're working with a growing consultancy that's looking for an experienced Manager to join its Life Sciences team, supporting a major finance system implementation for a life sciences client. This is a hands-on consulting role. You'll need a solid management consulting background, genuine life sciences client experience, and a track record across IT, systems, transformation, operating models and Project/Programme Management (PPM). The role You'll work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to deliver complex transformation programmes. You will:

• Lead and support project and programme delivery end to end
• Partner closely with steering groups and senior client stakeholders
• Get hands-on with systems, mapping processes and spotting gaps
• Turn analysis into practical recommendations and deliver real change
• Own plans, risks, issues, dependencies and governance
• Bring structure, pace and accountability to complex environments We're looking for
• Strong management consulting or professional services background
• Experience delivering projects or programmes in the life sciences sector
• Solid PPM, IT delivery, systems, transformation or TOM experience
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and steering groups
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach, with real ownership of delivery Location: London – 1–2 days per week onsite Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum
