RJC Group are currently working with a leading Financial Services company based in London, looking for a Head of Trading IT to join their team. You will own the operations roadmap and be in charge of all tech departments post-trade, including a headcount of 40+. What we are looking for:
- 10+ years in trading or banking technology
- 3+ years owning trading operations systems
- Experience managing technical professionals, including engineers, PMs and Product owners.
- The ability to liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver results
