Senior Product Manager – Compliance/SaaS £75,000-£80,000 + 10% bonus Hybrid - 50% in the office (London) 13–14 month fixed-term contract (possibility for extension or fully permanent after) Our client is a leading global governance, risk and compliance (GRC) SaaS business, trusted by organisations and boards worldwide, to manage risk, stay compliant and make better decisions. It's also investing heavily in AI across its platform. The opportunity Picture a customer with 15,000 employees who all receive much the same training. You'll lead the shift to AI-driven personalisation, so the product understands each person's role, location and risk exposure and gives them the training they actually need. You'll design for two audiences:

• Compliance leaders who buy the product and need proof of effectiveness for regulators and the board
• Employees who complete it, and whose experience should be engaging rather than a chore What you'll do
• Own the strategy and roadmap for Compliance Education
• Define where AI adds real value for learners and administrators
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, launches and growing ARR
• Lead a cross-functional team across engineering, design and go-to-market
• Manage the transition from the legacy product to the new one
• Write technical and functional specifications What you'll bring/experience needed
• 5+ years in product management, with recent B2B SaaS experience
• A background in LMS, edtech or employee engagement products
• Confidence partnering with commercial teams, and strong stakeholder management
• A clear, practical view on applying AI to learning and personalisation
