Demand & Supply Manager | Worthing, West Sussex (Hybrid) Join a fast-growing global ophthalmology business backed by major investment, with new product launches and international expansion on the way. The Role Own global demand and supply planning across a portfolio of pharmaceuticals, IOLs and OVDs, so products land on time and in full while you hit inventory targets. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the demand and supply team
• Build the global monthly demand forecast
• Drive the monthly S&OP process
• Spot supply risks early and manage supplier performance
• Own GxP oversight of supply chain activities
• Manage product launches, phase-ins and phase-outs
• Report to the senior leadership team What You'll Bring
• S&OP or integrated business planning experience
• A degree, or equivalent supply chain experience
• Experience on commercial and supply chain projects
