At BRC Promotions, we're looking for confident, people-focused fundraisers and sales professionals who want a field-based role across a regional territory, representing some of the UK's most respected charities. This is a hands-on, face-to-face role where no two days are the same. One day you might be in a busy shopping centre, the next at a local supermarket or store — always out in the field, always engaging with the public.

What You'll Be Doing You'll be travelling across your regional territory (up to 60 miles from your home postcode), setting up at pre-booked, premium venues and speaking directly with members of the public about causes people genuinely care about. You'll represent charities such as:

• Macmillan Cancer Support
• Alzheimer's UK
• Royal British Legion Your role is to start meaningful conversations, explain how regular donations make a difference, and inspire people to support life-changing work. This is ethical, values-led fundraising:
• No hard selling
• No pressure tactics
• No products or gimmicks
• Just honest, face-to-face conversations built on trust and empathy If you get a buzz from connecting with people and helping them support causes that naturally resonate, you'll feel right at home.

• £26,000 base salary or £115 day rate (depending on package)
• Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £50,000–£60,000
