Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Join us as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Job Type- Full Time Location- London, UK You will be part of the newly created Wealth Engagement Platform team. As a key member of the Coutts team, you'll enjoy extensive collaboration as a Functional Consultant and can expect great visibility of your work. You will be an active member of a team responsible for the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and where relevant its Copilot and agentic AI capabilities What you'll do:

• Manage and maintain a strong working relationship with stakeholders, including but not limited to our frontline and operational business colleagues, technology teams in Wealth and the wider Client Group.
• Understand challenging business needs across multiple client journeys, acting as a thought partner to the business.
• Working alongside other Functional Consultants to support, design and deliver a large-scale transformation, including process re-design and automation delivering operational efficiencies for colleagues across all our core client journeys.
• Lead workshops capturing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements line with key strategic principles, agreed redesigned processes and promoting re-use across multiple client journeys
• Responsible for producing business requirements, underpinning a future state, re-engineered processes, focusing on data while leveraging out-of-the-box low code capabilities.
• Be creative, producing prototypes, diagrams, and storyboards, promoting stakeholder engagement and end-users' feedback
• Configuring low code components of D365 and Power Platform to meet clients' needs, promoting rapid adaption to fast-changing colleagues' and clients' needs
• Support user acceptance testing, training key users and promoting users' adoption Essential skills:
• Excellent business analysis skills and a solid understanding of the D365 and Power Platforms suite.
• Configuration of Model-driven apps, tables, relations, forms, columns, business rules, workflows, and security model.
• Power Automate
• Canvas apps & Custom Pages
• Power Pages
• Understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies with demonstrated experience of working within an Agile environment within cross-functional teams, across multiple locations.
• Experience of issue tracking and management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Be detailed orientated preparing documentation using collaboration tools such as Confluence. Nice to have:
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and business colleagues
• Be certified with role specific Microsoft accreditations.
• Experience of configuring Power BI reports and dashboards
