Technical Sales Support Coordinator Dukinfield | Up to £28,000 | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm Are you an experienced Sales Administrator, Internal Sales Coordinator or Technical Customer Support professional looking for your next challenge? Our client, a successful manufacturing and engineering business, is seeking a Technical Sales Support Coordinator to join their team in Dukinfield. This is a varied role combining customer service, sales administration, technical support and quotation management within a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
• Preparing and following up quotations
• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing technical support and product information to customers
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Liaising with production, operations and internal departments
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records within SAP
• Interpreting customer specifications and technical drawings
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and support business growth Skills & Experience Required
• Previous experience within Internal Sales, Sales Administration or Technical Customer Support
• SAP experience is essential
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to understand technical products and customer requirements
• Experience reading engineering or technical drawings would be advantageous
• Manufacturing or engineering industry experience preferred What's on Offer?
