Group Finance Manager

Group Finance Manager International Hospitality Group £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus & benefits Hybrid working - 4 days office pw Central London offices Incredibly exciting opportunity to join a well known and leading Hospitality Business in London. This role will have broad responsibility across financial control, reporting, treasury, audit and finance transformation, while supporting the business through its next phase of growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Strengthening financial controls and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across the Group.
• Managing the month-end close, including balance sheet reviews, reconciliations and reporting deadlines.
• Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes through automation, technology and continuous improvement.
• Overseeing statutory accounts, audit coordination, tax compliance and treasury activities.
• Managing cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and banking relationships.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and support business decisions.
• Supporting acquisitions, corporate restructuring and other strategic business initiatives.
• Providing support to the Group Financial Controller across financial and operational priorities. Experience and skills required:
• ACA or ACCA qualified, ideally with a background in a Big Four or Top 10 accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, statutory reporting and external audit.
• Experience across financial control, balance sheet management, cash flow forecasting and treasury.
• Proven ability to strengthen financial controls and improve finance processes and systems.
• Experience working across multiple entities, ideally within an international or multi-site organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior leadership.
• A proactive, hands-on approach, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
