Senior Director, Finance Operations Location: London - Hybrid Salary: £130k + Package WP16978 An international software business is appointing a Senior Director of Finance Operations to lead and develop its global transactional finance function. The Role

• Lead global Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay operations
• Oversee billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash application and accounts payable
• Improve working capital, cash conversion and operational performance
• Drive automation, standardisation and stronger financial controls
• Build clear KPIs, governance and accountability across the function
• Partner with senior finance and commercial stakeholders
• Lead and develop an international finance operations team The Candidate
• Strong leadership experience across Finance Operations, Shared Services or Transactional Finance
• Deep understanding of O2C and P2P processes
• Experience within a complex, international or recurring-revenue environment
• Proven track record of finance transformation and process improvement
• Strong systems knowledge and senior stakeholder management capability
• High-growth or investor-backed experience would be advantageous
