We're looking for an Indirect Buyer to join a growing manufacturing organisation, playing a key role in managing suppliers and sourcing indirect goods and services that keep the business running efficiently. Indirect Buyer The Opportunity As an Indirect Buyer, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse supplier portfolio across areas such as facilities, MRO, tooling, office supplies, services, IT, and other indirect spend categories. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing, supply continuity, and excellent service levels. Indirect Buyer Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring service, quality, delivery and cost targets are achieved.
• Raise and manage purchase orders, expedite deliveries, resolve invoice queries and support day-to-day procurement activities.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain and service-related risks.
• Support cost reduction projects and supplier performance improvement initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements and supplier capability to minimise business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement challenges and support operational requirements.
• Analyse purchasing data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement function. Indirect Buyer Essential Experience, Skills & Qualifications
• Experienced within a similar purchasing, procurement or buying role.
• Comfortable managing supplier relationships and negotiating effectively.
• Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
