• Lead workstreams across procurement cost reduction and value creation programmes.
• Identify, develop and deliver significant savings opportunities across multiple spend categories.
• Work with senior client stakeholders to challenge existing commercial arrangements and improve supplier value.
• Apply strategic sourcing, spend analytics and negotiation expertise to deliver measurable financial results.
• Work across varied private sector clients, gaining exposure to different industries and commercial challenges. What They're Looking For
• Previous procurement consultancy experience is essential, ideally delivering cost reduction and value creation programmes.
• A demonstrable track record of delivering significant, quantifiable procurement savings for clients.
• Broad procurement and strategic sourcing experience rather than a narrow category specialism.
• Strong commercial negotiation, analytical and client-facing skills.
• Experience working with private sector clients would be particularly advantageous.
• A proactive, commercially astute individual who thrives in fast-paced, delivery-focused consulting environments.
