AVP - Employee Engagement Partner

Employee Engagement Partner Oakleaf is partnering with a global organisation to recruit an Employee Engagement Partner to help shape and deliver its employee experience, culture and inclusion agenda. This is a highly visible role working across HR and senior leadership to drive engagement initiatives, enhance key employee lifecycle experiences, and ensure employee insights translate into meaningful action.

Key responsibilities:

• Own employee engagement and employee experience programmes across a global workforce.
• Own employee listening initiatives, including surveys, pulse checks and feedback channels.
• Analyse engagement data and drive action planning with business leaders.
• Enhance key employee lifecycle moments, from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Partner with Internal Communications, HR and senior stakeholders on culture and inclusion initiatives.
• Manage engagement platforms, external vendors and key culture programmes.
• Support the delivery of leadership, inclusion and capability-building initiatives. About you:
• Experience in employee engagement, employee experience, culture, organisational development or HR.
• Strong expertise in employee listening and engagement strategies.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders within a complex organisation.
• Analytical, commercially minded and able to translate data into action.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
