• Partner with Managing Directors and senior leaders across the Group.

• Connect Business Units with People Operations expertise to drive change. About You You understand commercial pressures and how people strategies drive results. You build trust, challenge constructively and enjoy making a lasting difference.
• Bring HR partnering experience and confidence influencing senior leaders.
• Coach leaders through change, performance and culture challenges.
