Role Summary Help guide the strategic direction, priorities, and decision-making of Volunteer Kind. Steering Committee Members provide oversight, contribute ideas, support good governance, and work collaboratively to ensure the organisation achieves its mission and objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in Steering Committee meetings.
• Contribute to organisational planning and strategic development.
• Review organisational performance and progress against objectives.
• Support effective governance and accountability.
• Provide advice and challenge to help strengthen decision-making.
• Act as an ambassador for Volunteer Kind.
• Support the development of new projects, services, and partnerships. Skills and Experience
• Passion for volunteering and community impact.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Previous leadership, governance, or committee experience is desirable but not essential. Time Commitment Approximately 2-4 hours per month, plus monthly meetings. What You'll Gain
