The founder is preparing to move into a CEO role, stepping away from day-to-day management and handing over the business to someone who can genuinely make it their own. You'll set the direction, shape the strategy, lead the team and be accountable for taking the business to its next level. Growth here means much more than winning new clients, by the way. There's enormous potential within the existing portfolio. More events, bigger relationships, new departments, exhibitions and opportunities that are already within reach. The challenge is turning that potential into a clear commercial strategy and getting everyone behind it. You'll have the freedom to review how the business operates, strengthen the leadership structure, develop its people and create a culture where everyone understands what they're working towards. It's about bringing fresh ideas, commercial focus and consistency to a business that's ready for its next stage. The founder has built the business. The clients are there. The team is there. The opportunity is there. The question is, what could you do with it?
