Company Accountant

We're working with an established, family-owned business in the automotive industry that is looking for a Company Accountant / Part-Qualified Accountant to join its Belfast team. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, relaxed working environment where you'll work closely with the directors, take ownership of key financial processes and contribute to the wider running of the business. • Belfast location About You We're looking for someone with strong technical accounting skills, a proactive mindset and the confidence to work independently. Ideally, you'll have experience in:
• Management accounts and financial reporting
• Cash flow forecasting
• Oversight of transactional finance
• Intercompany accounting and recharges
• Reporting financial performance to directors
• Supporting junior team members where required Always About Your New Role
• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Monitor financial performance and cash flow.
• Oversee day-to-day transactional finance. Often
• Provide directors with regular financial updates.
• Manage intercompany charges and reconciliations.
• Investigate variances and support financial planning. Occasionally
• Assist with year-end accounts and external accountants.
