Digital Marketing Executive – Royalcraft 📍 Oldbury, West Midlands | Full-time | Hybrid | £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience Royalcraft is a family-run British furniture brand, founded in 1990 and known for premium garden and indoor furniture. We sell direct to consumers through our own Shopify store, to trade partners, and through major third-party retailers. As we grow our D2C channel, we're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to help tell our story and drive online sales. The role We're looking for a proactive and organised Digital Marketing Executive. You'll work alongside our E-commerce & Marketing team to plan, create and run campaigns across email, paid, search and social. This role is for a self-starter who can come up with the idea, create the content and see how it performs, all in-house. What you'll do

• Help create original content for social, email, web and ads, including short-form video, copy and graphics.
• Plan, build and send Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows, and use segmentation to grow engagement and revenue.
• Support our PPC and marketing agency to optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads and Meta) alongside our wider paid strategy.
• Improve organic visibility through on-page SEO, product and collection copy, and blog content
• Work alongside our Brand Marketing Executive to help grow our organic social presence on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest
• Report on performance and use the data to shape what we do next What we're looking for
• 2+ years' experience in a digital marketing or content role, ideally in e-commerce or a relevant degree
• Confident creating content yourself: shooting, editing and writing
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience
• Working knowledge of PPC, SEO and organic social
• A good eye for premium, aspirational branding
• Shopify, Photoshop, Canva & AI creative tools experience Why Royalcraft You'll be part of a close-knit, family-run business.
