• Leading and scaling the agency's TikTok Shop offering
• Developing and executing TikTok Shop strategies for talent, creators and brand partners
• Driving sales and revenue through affiliate marketing, creator partnerships and live shopping
• Managing key brand relationships and identifying new business opportunities
• Monitoring performance, GMV and sales growth to maximise commercial results
• Working closely with the wider talent and marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns Experience and skills:
• Proven experience within TikTok Shop, social commerce or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate marketing and creator-led sales
• Experience driving revenue growth and managing brand partnerships
• Exceptional account management and commercial skills
• Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
