Trade Marketing and Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for overseeing and stirring marketing strategies and efforts to strengthen company's market position and achieve business goals in the UK;
• Plan and execute marketing projects, including BTL & ALT and other strategic development projects (eg: User acquisition / promotion / campaign / event etc);
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
• Identify trends and insights, and translate it to re-marketing campaigns, promotions, and programs;
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
• Design & execute the trade promotion to accelerate POS expansion & product distribution;
• Lead & manage the agency partners with clear brief, effective communication, high quality control & solid review Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or in Marketing, or any related field；
• 5-8 years of experience in Marketing, with experience in both Digital Marketing & Trade Marketing is a plus；
• Background in FMCG and/or Internet industry, with hands on experience in running major Marketing projects；
• Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate；
• Strong Entrepreneurship to take ownership of the business, solve hard problems and deliver solid results；
• Great communication skills. Able to build trusted relations both internally and externally；
• Able to work under pressure in a startup company；
• English native speaker.
