Senior Bid Designer

Our client, a growing construction company are looking for a Senior Bid Designer take ownership of bids, tenders & proposals. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, delivering creative solutions that support both internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of creative projects
• Create and oversee presentations, branded collateral and client-facing documentation
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring deadlines are consistently met
• Review and quality-check creative work to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions
• Support, mentor and guide members of the creative team
• Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, ways of working and overall output quality About You
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience operating in a bid design position
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
