Digital Marketing Manager Hybrid (3 Days in) – Petersfield | c.£45,000 - £55,000 (flexible for the right candidate) The opportunity This is an exciting chance to join a design-led luxury retail brand at a pivotal moment. The business is known for timeless, beautifully made products and a loyal, international customer base. It has recently secured investment to accelerate growth. This newly created role will lead paid and partner-led growth across Meta, Google, Pinterest and affiliates. It's hands-on, with real budget, autonomy and direct access to the leadership team. As the group expands, the role will grow into a multi-brand position, offering a clear path to a broader, more senior remit. Key responsibilities

• Plan, run and optimise paid social on Meta, including creative testing, audience strategy and retargeting
• Manage Google Ads across Search, Shopping and Performance Max, with a strong focus on ROAS
• Develop Pinterest into a meaningful revenue channel through organic and paid activity
• Grow and manage the affiliate programme, including partners, publishers and creators
• Brief creative that performs commercially while staying true to a luxury brand
• Own reporting and attribution, and turn data into clear recommendations
• Manage budgets as investment scales, and support growth into international markets About you
• Proven paid media experience within a DTC or e-commerce brand, ideally luxury, premium lifestyle, interiors or home
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience with Pinterest and affiliate platforms (e.g. Awin, Rakuten, impact.com)
• Confident with Shopify, GA4 and attribution tools
• Commercially sharp, with a good creative eye and an instinct for what makes a brand feel luxury
• Thrives in a small, fast-moving team and is keen to grow with the business What's on offer
