Sales Director

Sales Director – Fixed Income, Data (UK & Europe) Location: London / Hybrid (2-3 days in the London office) Salary: £100,000 – £150,000 base + benefits + commission Working with a leading FinTech client that designs, builds and operates technology solutions for global capital markets, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive Fixed Income data sales across the UK / European market. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional with strong Fixed Income market knowledge, a proven track record in FinTech or financial services / banking sales, and the ability to build relationships across both buy-side and sell-side organisations. Key Skills:

• Strong subject matter expertise in Fixed Income markets, with a clear understanding of market structure and industry dynamics.
• Knowledge of how market data is used across banks and buy-side organisations to enhance P&L, improve decision-making and deliver better client outcomes.
• Proven sales or relationship management experience within FinTech, financial data or sell-side financial services.
• Established network and strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills, with a commercial mindset and the ability to understand competitive markets and articulate complex product benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities, driving individual and team sales targets across the UK and European market.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with the product roadmap and wider business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across banks, buy-side firms and other financial institutions.
• Understand client requirements and communicate the value proposition of Fixed Income data solutions to drive new business and expand existing relationships.
• Manage the sales process, including client meetings, commercial proposals and quotations, while supporting the development of marketing materials.
