Business Development Manager– Accounting & Offshore Staffing Services Job Description About the Role We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to grow our accounting and offshore staffing services business in the UK. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects and generating leads to closing deals and onboarding clients. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach UK accountancy practices and businesses requiring outsourced accounting support or dedicated offshore staff.
• Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, calls, emails and industry events.
• Understand client requirements, present our services and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report progress against agreed targets.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services. Experience & Skills
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in accounting outsourcing, offshore staffing or professional services.
• A track record of winning clients and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• An understanding of the UK accountancy market; an existing network would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales results. Salary Base salary plus performance-based commission Working patterns Morning :- 08:00 am to 05:00 pm (Mon -Fri)
