Business Analyst - 30183

Overview Key responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, remove inefficiencies and enhance team performance
• Supporting large-scale transformation projects, including technology migrations, automation initiatives and data modernisation programmes
• Translating business requirements into actionable solutions for Data and Technology teams
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements and deliver meaningful outcomes
• Conducting data analysis and discovery work to support strategic initiatives and change programmes
• Supporting testing, user acceptance activities and governance processes to ensure successful delivery
• Driving business adoption through stakeholder engagement, training and continuous feedback loops
• Helping to shape frameworks, controls and quality standards that improve consistency and confidence in reporting Please Note

• Candidates must be able to commute to the City 2–3 days per week. Qualifications Required
• You may currently be working as a Business Analyst, MI Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst or Analytics Consultant and be looking for a role where you can have greater visibility, influence and ownership. Experience Required
• Experience working within an MI, Reporting, Analytics or Data Insights function
• The ability to translate business problems into data and technology solutions
• Experience gathering requirements, improving processes and supporting change initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, insights and opportunities from complex data
• Experience using tools such as SQL, Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• A naturally curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and finding smarter ways of working
