Junior Data Analyst

Junior Business & Data Analyst – Maidenhead Are you a graduate or early-career analyst who is Tech Savvy and enjoys working with data, solving problems and finding ways to improve how a business operates? I'm working with an established international business looking for a Junior Business & Data Analyst to join their team at an exciting time of change and development. This is a great opportunity to build your experience across business reporting, data analysis, forecasting and process improvement, working closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations. What will you be doing?

• Producing business reports and dashboards.
• Analysing sales, product performance, stock and inventory data.
• Supporting forecasting and business planning.
• Using Excel and reporting tools to identify trends and insights.
• Helping improve processes, automate reporting and reduce manual administration.
• Working with different teams to support business decisions. Requirements
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Ideally, up to one year's experience in a related role.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• A proactive approach, good organisational skills and a willingness to learn. Experience with ERP systems, retail, distribution or supply chain would be beneficial but isn't essential. What's on offer?
