Want to use your operational leadership skills to make a real difference to our rivers and environment? The Wye and Usk Foundation is looking for an experienced, practical and forward-thinking COO to help turn our strategic ambitions into delivery. Working closely with our CEO, Executive Team and wider organisation, you'll bring people, priorities and resources together, strengthen how we work and help build the organisational capability needed to deliver our mission. We're looking for a collaborative leader who can see the bigger picture, build strong teams, improve performance and turn plans into action. Experience in the environmental or charity sector is welcome, but we're equally interested in strong operational leaders from other sectors.
