Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Salary: £37,500 - £47,500 Location: London 4 days, home 1 day. We're partnering with a high-growth, international cross boarder payments firm who are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its Regulatory Compliance function. Reporting into the Compliance leadership team, you will provide guidance on UK and European payments regulation, helping ensure products, processes, and customer journeys remain aligned with evolving regulatory expectations. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting implementation and ongoing monitoring of Consumer Duty obligations across products and customer outcomes.
• Conducting compliance reviews and regulatory assessments of new and existing products.
• Advising stakeholders on regulatory developments and their business improvement.
• Supporting safeguarding frameworks, controls, monitoring, and governance activities.
• Contributing to regulatory change projects and policy development. You will bring:
• Knowledge of UK regulation, having worked in a UK regulated environment.
• Practical experience supporting Consumer Duty implementation and oversight.
• Understanding of product governance and conduct risk framework.
