Approved Tuberculin Tester & Veterinary Technician 12-month fixed-term position Practice Yan Farm Health is an independent, rapidly expanding farm animal practice working with progressive commercial farmers across South Cumbria, North Yorkshire and North Lancashire. The practice has a diverse client base spanning dairy, beef and sheep enterprises, providing a varied and rewarding workload. The Role Yan Farm Health is looking for an Approved Tuberculin Tester (ATT) and Veterinary Technician to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of leave and support its growing client base. The Successful Candidate Will

• Deliver TB testing on farm
• Support a range of farm health services, including weighing and disbudding
• Work independently across farm animal clients
• Receive full ATT training if not already qualified The role is full-time and follows a four-day working week, with working days on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Hours will vary, with some early starts required for TB testing. Essential Requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently Desirable
• Cattle handling experience
• Existing ATT qualification Package
• Fully equipped work vehicle
• Competitive salary, dependent on experience
• ATT training provided
• Potential extension beyond the initial 12-month contract, depending on TB workload
