• Refinancing and capital structure optimisation
• Senior and junior term loans, RCFs and bilateral facilities
• Unitranche, mezzanine and structured finance
• ABL, asset finance and invoice discounting
• Syndicated and senior secured financings
• Debt capital markets, shareholder and sustainable finance
• Growth finance and M&A funding You'll engage a deep network of capital providers, including commercial and challenger banks, credit funds and asset-based lenders. What you'll do
• Support origination, diligence, structuring and execution of debt deals, end to end
• Appraise finance arrangements and shape capital structures
• Build financial models and covenant analysis
• Prepare lender presentations and information packs
• Help lead lender discussions and manage deal logistics
• Support negotiation and documentation alongside legal advisors What we're looking for
• Debt advisory, leveraged finance, corporate banking or restructuring experience
• Strong financial modelling and credit analysis
• Sharp commercial judgement across multiple workstreams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, suited to a fast-moving environment Languages Fluent English essential. French or any other European language a strong advantage given the team's pan-European mandate.
