Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor to support the delivery of major water projects, valued between £20m-£150m. You will play a key role in the commercial leadership of a substantial multi-disciplinary programme, working in an integrated delivery environment. The role requires a proactive, collaborative approach with commercial decisions made openly and in the best interests of overall outcomes. You will be comfortable operating in a transparent, performance-driven environment where cost certainty, risk management and shared accountability are central to success. This position is hybrid and based in Peterborough As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key member of the project team, providing clear commercial advice and helping to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and in line with contractual requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage all aspects of commercial and cost management on assigned projects.
• Work closely with all stakeholders so that they understand the contractual arrangements and can work accordingly.
• Ensuring that all records are maintained for audits and cost assurance.
