Hotel Night Receptionist

Job Title: Hotel night Receptionist Location: Kensington, London Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour, depending on experience Hours: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM Job Type: Full-time We are looking for a reliable and friendly Night Receptionist to join the team at our 38-room boutique hotel. Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests during the night
• Completing check-ins and check-outs
• Handling guest enquiries and requests professionally
• Answering telephone calls and emails
• Managing reservations and updating the hotel system
• Carrying out night audit and basic end-of-day procedures
• Monitoring the hotel and ensuring the security of guests and the property
• Dealing calmly and appropriately with any overnight issues or emergencies
• Completing basic paperwork and handover for the morning team Requirements
• Previous hotel/reception experience is desirable
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Reliable, responsible and well-presented
• Good attention to detail Experience in a hotel night reception or night audit role is an advantage, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
