Director of Growth

Growth & Marketing Director London | Hybrid One of the UK's most exciting independent social-first agencies, are looking for a Growth & Marketing Director to join the senior leadership team and drive the agency's next phase of expansion. This role goes far beyond traditional new business development. You'll be responsible for building relationships with senior brand decision-makers, shaping the agency's commercial proposition, driving new revenue opportunities and helping establish the agency as a leading voice within the social, influencer and creative marketing landscape. Key responsibilities:

• Own and deliver the agency's growth strategy
• Build and convert a high-quality new business pipeline
• Develop relationships with senior marketing and brand leaders
• Lead pitches and commercial negotiations
• Drive agency profile, thought leadership and industry visibility
• Shape new propositions, partnerships and revenue streams
• Work closely with leadership to influence business strategy We're looking for:
• A proven track record of winning new business within a creative, social, digital or integrated agency
• Strong senior client relationships
• Experience building agency brands and market presence
• Excellent pitching, storytelling and commercial skills
• Deep understanding of social, influencer and performance marketing
