Head of Growth - NHS Partnerships

Belong is delighted to be partnering with an early stage, high growth health tech business in Leeds that is making that happen, helping NHS organisations find and adopt the innovations that genuinely work for the people they serve. With the backing of a leading investor, they're now looking for a Head of Growth to spearhead the next chapter. The role You'll lead the growth of the business across the NHS, taking it to more organisations, building lasting partnerships and shaping how the commercial side develops, with the leadership team alongside you. What we're looking for

• Essential: a respected track record of generating revenue in partnership with the NHS
• That experience could come from selling big tech, recruitment, consultancy or digital services into trusts, ICBs or national bodies. The sector matters less than the results
• A strong network and a reputation that opens doors
• A real understanding of how the NHS makes decisions, and credibility with senior leaders
• Driven by purpose, wanting your work to make a genuine difference The package
• Base salary of £60,000 to £70,000
• Bonus
• Leeds based (hybrid), with time out with trusts across the region
