Sub - Contractor - Salesforce Field Service Solution Architect

• Provide architecture for projects built on Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service, with the right data model and overall design.
• Act as the technical lead and technology expert in the room, deploying best practices and keeping your own expertise current. Presales and client partnership
• Work with the Sales team to scope projects accurately for new and existing customers and describe the art of the possible.
• Build deep client relationships as a trusted advisor through the Salesforce ecosystem, including the hard conversations when they're needed. Delivery leadership
• Identify risks and communicate early and often, following our delivery methodology and leading by example.
• QA user stories, guide consultants' work, and own the project's success. AI and innovation Use AI tools and Agentforce capabilities to improve client outcomes and speed up delivery. Requirements
• 4+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem (any cloud), including consulting experience
• 2+ years of Salesforce Field Service experience
• Hands-on Field Service configuration within the past 6 months
• Hands-on experience building Field Service mobile flows
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification
• Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification
• Experience working on or leading a project team
• Active use of AI tools in your delivery work. You should be able to describe specifically how they've changed the way you work.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including explaining complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences Preferred
• Salesforce Advanced Field Service Accredited Professional credential
