This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Game Designer ready to step into a leadership role, or an established Head of Game Design looking to make their mark in a new environment. Combining strategic leadership with hands-on game design, you'll work closely with the Head of Studio to lead and develop a team of Game Designers and Mathematicians, while remaining actively involved in the design, modelling and optimisation of new slot games. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a team of Game Designers and Mathematicians.
• Working closely with the Head of Studio to define the product roadmap and game portfolio.
• Designing and developing game mechanics, features, and reward structures.
• Creating and reviewing mathematical models and simulations to evaluate game performance.
• Defining RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and other key performance metrics.
• Analysing game data and performance to optimise player engagement and commercial outcomes.
• Ensuring all game concepts meet regulatory and technical requirements.
• Collaborating with development, product, and commercial teams throughout the game lifecycle.
• Establishing best practices, processes, and standards across the game design function. We are looking for:
• Extensive experience designing slot gaming products.
• Strong knowledge of game mathematics, probability, RTP, volatility, and balancing.
• Experience creating and analysing mathematical simulations and game models.
• A data-driven and analytical approach to game design.
• Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or managing team members.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on game design responsibilities.
