Social Media and Content Creator | Scale-up London, 3 days office £50,000+ Marketing is at the heart of this fast-growing consumer brand, with the UK a key market for its next stage of growth. The focus is on social-first, creator-led content that builds brand awareness, engages audiences and drives sales. As the UK Content Creator, you'll come up with ideas, star in, shoot and edit short-form videos that make people stop scrolling. You'll help shape the brand's presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and paid social, becoming a recognisable face of the brand in the UK. A bit about the role

• Turn trends and audience insights into engaging ideas, hooks and scripts that feel relevant to UK audiences.
• Take ownership of the full process, from coming up with ideas to filming and editing, regularly appearing on camera yourself.
• Create engaging organic and paid content using Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong pacing, sound and storytelling.
• Adapt content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Meta Ads, including captions, thumbnails and different formats.
• Review results, test different approaches and use insights to improve engagement, watch time and conversions.
• Work closely with the UK team, influencer marketing, paid social and design teams to deliver the content calendar. A bit about you
• Native-level English, with strong writing skills and a good understanding of British humour, trends and internet culture.
• Confident on camera and comfortable representing a brand through public-facing content.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with a good understanding of colour, sound and motion. After Effects experience is a bonus.
• Strong short-form storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to create content that entertains and drives action.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple shoots and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Creative and curious, with a good feel for what works on social media.
