180 Delivery Consultant - IT Contract Recruitment

Cyberteam London Area, United Kingdom (On-site) Job Overview: Cyberteam is looking for a self-starting and technically skilled 180 Delivery Consultant to join our growing team. You will be supporting a Client Director/s in delivering high-quality recruitment services to major accounts in the contract market. As the team expands, you will take on additional responsibilities, supporting the wider team to ensure seamless delivery across all client accounts. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, has a high aptitude for delivery and client success against budgets and time restraints, and is comfortable working under pressure while managing multiple roles, both through client portals, such as Fieldglass and direct client arrangements. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Delivery: Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in contract positions.
• Enterprise Account Support: Collaborate with the Client Director/s to ensure timely and successful delivery of candidates to major enterprise-sized accounts, financial services in the main, meeting client expectations and tight deadlines.
• Technical Sourcing & Screening: Use advanced sourcing methods and licensed tools to attract top technical talent, conduct candidate interviews, and ensure that candidates possess the necessary skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Operational Support: Assist the Client Director/s in the execution of recruitment strategies, ensuring that recruitment services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Managing Multiple Roles: Be capable of managing up to 20 roles simultaneously, ensuring the delivery of quality candidates to clients within set timeframes and SLA's.
• High Aptitude for Delivery: Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving results and contributing to the delivery and success of the recruitment process.
• Team Growth & Support: As the team expands, you will gradually take on additional responsibilities, supporting new team members and ensuring consistent delivery across the team. Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a 180-recruitment role or delivery-focused position, within an IT background.
• High aptitude for delivery and client success with a strong focus on achieving delivery targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage up to 20 roles at any given time, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients alike.
• A self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running and demonstrate initiative and ownership of the recruitment process.
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of the skills and experience required for enterprise-level roles, primarily within financial services.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a growing team.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, social media platforms, and CRM systems (we use Bullhorn).
