We are based in Richmond upon Thames, London – just 8 minutes from Clapham Junction by train. Who are we looking for? We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who brings a combination of SAP market knowledge, commercial drive, and a genuine passion for recruitment. Ideally, you will have:

• 3+ years' experience in contract or permanent recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience recruiting within the SAP ecosystem, whether across SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, or other specialist SAP technologies.
• Strong business development skills and the confidence to build, grow, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• A consultative approach, with a real focus on understanding your clients, candidates, and the SAP market.
• The ambition to take ownership of your desk, develop new opportunities, and contribute to the continued growth of our SAP recruitment business. So, what makes this opportunity different?
