Talent Acquisition Partner

Our client is a growing technology organisation seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their in-house recruitment team. Working closely with hiring managers across the business, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a range of technical, specialist and corporate positions. You'll be responsible for attracting, engaging and securing high-calibre talent while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment and attraction strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates using direct sourcing methods and networking.
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide market insight and recruitment advice to stakeholders.
• Support employer branding and continuous improvement initiatives. About You
• Previous experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience recruiting technical, professional services or specialist roles would be advantageous.
• Commercially aware, data-driven and highly organised.
