Employment Associate (2-4 PQE) | Leading International Law Firm | London

This highly regarded international law firm seeking to hire a 2-4 PQE Employment Associate into its growing London team.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established practice that advises a broad range of UK and international businesses, from fast-growth companies and entrepreneurial ventures through to multinational organisations operating across multiple jurisdictions.

The team handles a genuinely varied workload, offering exposure to both contentious and advisory employment matters, including:

• Employment Tribunal litigation
• Complex workplace investigations
• Senior executive appointments, exits and disputes
• Restrictive covenant and team move matters
• Redundancies, restructurings and employee relations issues
• Corporate support and the employment aspects of UK and cross-border transactions

The role would suit a lawyer who enjoys working closely with clients and taking ownership of matters, whilst benefiting from the support and resources of a strong international platform.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-4 years' PQE in employment law
• Experience gained at a recognised, ranked private practice firm
• A mix of contentious and advisory employment experience
• Strong technical ability coupled with commercial awareness
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
