We are particularly interested in speaking with lawyers around 2–7 PQE, including those with strong contentious experience who would like to develop their practice further. The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join an established, Tier 1 ranked Employment team, working alongside recognised specialists on a broad range of challenging contentious and advisory matters. Depending on your experience and interests, work may include:

• Complex Employment Tribunal litigation, including discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims
• Senior executive disputes, exits and negotiated settlements
• Restrictive covenants, team moves and High Court litigation
• Strategic employer-side advisory work
• Workplace investigations and sensitive employee relations matters
• Restructuring, redundancy and collective consultation
• Employment aspects of corporate transactions The practice offers an excellent balance of high-quality work, direct client exposure and opportunities to develop particular areas of specialism. There is a strong emphasis on collaboration, professional development and giving talented lawyers the opportunity to take genuine responsibility for their work and client relationships. About You We would welcome conversations with qualified Employment Solicitors who have developed their experience within a recognised Employment practice. You may be an Associate looking for greater exposure to complex litigation and sophisticated clients, or a Senior Associate seeking increased responsibility, stronger progression prospects and a clearer route towards Legal Director or Partnership. We are particularly interested in lawyers who can demonstrate:
• Strong technical Employment law knowledge
• Experience handling contentious and/or employer advisory matters
• Sound commercial judgement and confidence dealing directly with clients
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• An interest in developing their practice and progressing their career Lawyers with a particular interest in Employment litigation are especially encouraged to get in touch.
